Nursery Tour

  • Parents are encouraged to visit our nursery and conduct virtual tours to meet our staff, who are refreshingly warm and welcoming.
  • Alternatively, they can watch our virtual tour video.
  • Please contact the Admissions Office to schedule a nursery visit and an appointment for admission.
  • Parent could also submit a online inquiry request (Contact Us) including all details and will be contacted by the Nursery stuff.
  • Nursery tours can be booked between 8 am to 2 pm Sunday to Thursday.

Nursery Timings

We offer flexible timings to suit the diverse needs of our parents and children.    

The timings are:

    06:45 – 12:30

    06:45 – 13:30

    06:45 – 14:30

Age Groups: 4 months to 4 Years Old

Academic Terms

Term 1: (September – December)

Term 2: (January – March)

 Term 3: (April – June)

Procedure

  1. Most children start nursery in September, however, registrations are welcome at any time during the year. Enrollment takes place subject to space availability. Children who meet our admission criteria will be offered a place based on availability.
  2. Initially, a fully completed application must be submitted. Following your submission, our admissions office will contact you regarding the status of your application. If space is available, you will be advised on the next step of the admission process. If space is not available in your child’s age group, your application will be placed on our waiting list.
  3. Parents are recommended to visit the nursery and meet with the nursery manager to get a tour of the facility. Parents can contact the nursery manager directly to schedule a tour.
  4. The nursery manager will assess the child’s readiness to start at the nursery and allocate the child to the age-appropriate class.

Admissions Policy for Students with additional needs

  1. Students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are considered students of determination.
  2. All placements are subject to availability of space. Any new applicants identified with SEND will be referred to the nursery manager for assessment. The nursery manager will assess the child and make recommendations to the admissions department.
  3. The nursery manager will evaluate if the nursery is equipped to meet the needs of the child and recommend full or partial admission (in partnership with another specialist school) or if a place is currently unavailable.

Age Guidelines

  1. Children must be 4 months and less than4 years old at the time of enrollment.
  2. If children are assessed as developmentally ready for being promoted to the next age grouping during the academic year, the recommendation for promotion will be discussed with the parent at the time and promotion
    will take place.
  3. Children age 2.8 years and above (32 months and above) as on 1st September of the relevant academic year are required to enroll only for a 5-day week regular attendance schedule at the nursery.
  4. Children of 4 months to 32 months have the option of choosing the flexible attendance schedule timing in addition to the option of the regular 5 days schedule, subject to availability.

The following documents must be submitted in time with the online application or physically handed to the Admission’s Office:

√  Copy of parent’s and child’s passport and visa page

√ Copy of parent’s and child’s Emirates ID

√ Copy of student’s Birth Certificate

√ Registration Form (completely filled-out)

√ Medical Form (completely filled-out)

√ Copy of Vaccination Card

√ 4 passport size and 2 normal size recent photographs

√ Payment Proof of the Registration Fees

Fees

After sharing the required documents, a registration fee of AED 500 will be needed. For tuition fees, please visit the registration office at the nursery to know more about our various fee structures.
